Roshanda holds bachelor's and master's degrees in aeronautical science, and a master's degree in systems engineering.

LaDonna Alston, Cofounder, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), and Chief Technology Officer (CTO), is a seasoned technology executive with over 30 years of experience in IT. Holding a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with a focus on information systems security, she drives the company’s strategic direction and technical innovation. With expertise in IT infrastructure, software development, and digital transformation, LaDonna leads teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions while scaling operations and fostering client relationships.
Lese Howard
Co-founder and CEO
Lese is a dynamic leader with a proven track record in product management, program and project execution, and software development. She has spearheaded major organizational initiatives, including data migrations and software upgrades, overseeing full lifecycle management from deployment to sunsetting applications, all while ensuring alignment with industry best practices. With a strategic vision and technical expertise, Lese drives innovation and operational excellence. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, a master’s degree in Management, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
David Osamwonyi
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) & Technical Program Manager
David is a seasoned marketing professional with an extensive background in UX/UI design and a deep understanding of connecting with customers to address their business needs from inception to go-to-market. As a strategic thinker, he excels in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product success. David’s expertise is further enhanced by his experience in computer science, networking, and engineering, gained at the Patabis Computer Institute.
Kiyiana Lyles
Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
Kiyiana is an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. She holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Human Resources Management and Business Administration. Kyiana brings a concentrated expertise in leadership development, having spent 10 years expanding and developing her skills in this area. Throughout her career, she has supported upper-level management and leadership across various industries, including government, education, retail, healthcare, and technology.​ Her broad experience in HR includes recruiting, interviewing, talent acquisition, training, onboarding, benefits, and strategic policy development. Kyiana is also trained and experienced in regulatory compliance and streamlining HR processes to strategically improve organizational efficiency.
